At this time, parents need to contact us to close or deactivate their account. Simply fill out this form, and our team will take care of your request.
Please note that if you are a Premium member and close your account, your Premium Membership may or may not need to be tended to additionally:
- If you purchased your Premium Membership on desktop or mobile web or Android, you will immediately lose access to your Premium membership
- If you purchased your Premium Membership via our iOS app, you will need to cancel the subscription through Apple. Instructions to do so are here.
