Why do I have to run a background check?

As part of our trust & safety efforts, you may be required to complete a background check to complete the registration process.

Why wouldn’t my information be able to be verified?

A typo in your information may be a reason you're having issues.  Running a background check would resolve any and all issues and allow you to complete the registration process.
