Community members are expected to adhere to the Community Guidelines. Members who do not follow the Community Guidelines will be subject to review, which could lead to suspension or removal from the platform.
Parents and sitters expect responses the same day, when possible, in order to effectively make plans. Responding to requests and messages, even if you are declining a request, will ensure that our families and sitters can effectively search for jobs and care providers in a timely manner.
Care providers may receive a rating and review for any exchange that occurs between a family and care provider. This includes, but is not limited to, communications, interviews, and sittings. It’s important to keep a strong star rating, as ratings are highly regarded by members when deciding who to interview and book with. Ratings that fall below an acceptable level will be subject to review, which could lead to suspension or removal from the platform.
