What is Family Concierge?
Family Concierge is a team of knowledgeable, trusted individuals who can help families efficiently navigate the care options available to them through their Bright Horizons employee benefits and the entire Bright Horizons care network.
Why should I use Family Concierge?
The responsibility of not only child care, but family, pet, and household care, is a significant mental burden. Family Concierge can help with that burden, by taking a lot of the workload of finding and confirming care off of your hands. Family Concierge will proactively provide you with additional resources and reminders as your care needs change and adapt.
What if I have multiple care needs?
Family Concierge specializes in creating personalized care plans for multiple care needs and utilizing the full range of your Bright Horizons benefits and resources available to you. This includes child care, elder care, pet care, housekeeping, tutoring, and seasonal camps. Every family has its own unique needs, and Family Concierge aims to ease the burden of ensuring all care needs are met in a simple and coordinated way.
How does my family benefit from Family Concierge?
We have care and enrichment options for everyone in the family, from infants through aging grandparents, and everyone in between—including the family pets. There’s full and part-time in-home or center-based child care, backup care, after-school care, seasonal camps, tutoring, college coaching, pet care, companion care, and housekeeping. Let us know all of your care needs, and we’ll put together a plan that works for your entire family.
