Why do I have to run a background check?
As part of our trust and safety efforts, you may be required to complete a background check to complete the registration process, or for additional authentication of your account.
Why couldn’t my information be verified?
There are many reasons why information provided at registration may not pass through verification; if you've recently moved or had a name change, if there was a typo in your information, if the information provided was not in the correct format, etc.
