Interviews are a great way for sitters & families to get to know each other and find out if the job is a mutual fit. With our Request to Interview feature, it's easy to view and manage your interview requests!
To view your existing & confirmed interview requests, simply navigate to the Bookings page from your dashboard.
From Bookings, you can view the details of each confirmed and requested interview:

It's important to review these details before accepting an interview to decide whether or not the job details match the type of work you're looking for, and whether you're free for the proposed interview time.
You can always decline an interview if the details are a mismatch. You can include a short message to the parent when you Decline an interview request *on web—you may use this space to request to reschedule, or have the parent contact you to further discuss the job.
*This feature is currently only available through a web browser, and not yet available in the app.
If you need to cancel a confirmed interview, click the Cancel button at the bottom of the interview details.
Whether you're accepting or declining an interview request, it's important to respond as quickly as possible.
With Request to Interview, you'll receive the following notifications by email:
- When you receive a new request
- Confirmation when you accept or decline a request
- If a request you received expires without being answered (interview requests expire after 24 hours if there is no response)
