2. Apply to jobs
With your newly completed profile, you can start searching for jobs by location and other search criteria you may have. Once you find jobs you're interested in and think would be a great fit, start sending your applications!
When applying to jobs, be sure to tailor your application to each job you're applying to—explain why you're a great fit for that particular family, (e.g. you're available for the days and times they're looking for, or you have experience working with children of that age) and tell families about your background and qualifications.

3. Start interviewing & communicating with families
It's up to the families who post their jobs on Sittercity to take the next step and respond to your application, so make sure your profile and your job applications shine. Once you receive a message from a family, you can send them a reply through the site to chat more about their needs and set up an interview.
