When you’ve found an opportunity on the site that you’re interested in, you can send a job application to the family that posted the job. The family will receive your application and can send a message to you and set up an interview request through Sittercity if they’d like to move forward with your application. Once you connect with a family on Sittercity that wants to hire you, they will become your employer and will be responsible for providing the details of the job, scheduling, and paying you based on your agreed-upon rate and form of payment.
