Once a week, if you log into your account on iOS*, you’ll see a Response Rate displayed in a message.
The Response Rate is one of our Quality Expectations. It’s a metric that lets you know how often you reply to parent messages within 24 hours. This rate is calculated by tracking how often a caregiver responds to either a family’s first message, or to a family’s initial message in response to their job application. This metric is based on messages received within the last 2 and 32 days.
Response Rate notifications will show one of two things:
- A congratulatory message if your response rate is above 94%. No action is needed here.
- A message warning you about ghosting if your response rate is below 68%. If your Response Rate is in this range, we encourage you to visit your Messages and reply to any new messages as warranted.
Please note that currently, Response Rate is a private metric. Families cannot currently see what your Response Rate is, although that is subject to change in the future.
*Response Rate information is not currently available on Desktop, although we’re working on it!
